Summary

Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – Up to £32,000 – 40 Hours per Week



Join a well-established nursery rated Good by Ofsted! You’ll be directly involved in the daily care and education of children, delivering high-quality practice across the EYFS while contributing to a calm, well-organised room.



The nursery is based in a purpose-designed setting with a private garden and Forest School, offering a varied learning environment that supports active, outdoor, and play-based learning. Days are structured, busy, and focused on consistent care, meaningful interaction, and children’s progress.



Before You Apply



  • This role requires recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an Early Years setting.

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.

  • This position is not suitable for candidates without practical EYFS experience.

  • Salary: Up to £32,000 per year (depending on experience)

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, full time

  • Contract: Permanent, all year round

  • Setting: Early Years nursery (3 months to 5 years)

What You’ll Need



  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner

  • Good working knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements

  • Confidence working as part of a professional early years team



What You’ll Do



  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

  • Support planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities

  • Complete observations and contribute to children’s learning records

  • Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times

  • Work closely with colleagues to support smooth daily routines

  • Communicate effectively with parents about children’s day and development
