As we expand, we’re looking for dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for our children.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children’s development through high‑quality interactions and play‑based learning
Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, enthusiastic team
What We’re Looking For
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training upon appointment)
A current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
A genuine passion for early childhood education
A warm, caring, and professional approach
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
