Summary

CAMHS Night Manager (RMN) – Accrington

Salary: £55,000 per year | Full-time, Permanent

Are you a compassionate, skilled RMN who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people? P4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a CAMHS Night Manager

This role offers the chance to work in a specialist in-patient mental health service for young people, combining psychological, psychosocial, and pharmacological support to help young people achieve long-term, sustainable outcomes.

About the Role:

As Night Manager, you will:

Ensure young people are kept safe through clinical expertise and effective risk management.
Support positive outcomes by using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
Empower young people by involving them in care planning and decision-making.
Supervise and support a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, support workers, and students.
Manage staff skill mix, provide supervision, debriefs, and ensure smooth night shifts.
Role model the organisation’s values and embed them across the service.
Shifts: 38.5 hours a week

About The Service

A specialist mental health provider for young people aged 8–18 years with complex needs.
Operating two CQC-regulated 10-bed units, the service offers Assessment, Stabilisation, Treatment, and Intervention across Providence and Moira Units.
Staff have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality, safe, and effective services while seeing the real progression and recovery of the young people they support.

Who We’re Looking For:

RMN with a valid NMC registration
Experienced in mental health and working with children/young people
Strong leadership and supervision skills
Committed to trauma-informed, relational, and evidence-based care
