A rapidly growing organisation is seeking an Operations & Account Coordinator to support its expanding customer base, installer network, and partner relationships. The company operates across product development, manufacturing, and service delivery, with both UK-based teams and international manufacturing partners.This role is central to the organisation's operational workflow, customer experience, and partner engagement. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for consumers, installers, and trade partners, while developing a strong understanding of the company's connected technology products and end‑to‑end delivery processes.The position offers significant scope for development as the business continues to scale, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility across operations, account management, and strategic coordination.

Your new role
In this role your duties will include:

  • Consumer, Installer & Account Support.
  • Serve as a primary contact for consumer and installer enquiries.
  • Manage and resolve support requests via an internal ticketing system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with installer and partner accounts.
  • Ensure clear communication, timely follow‑up, and a high‑quality support experience.
  • Liaise with external technical partners to support installations and resolve issues.
  • Track issues through to resolution, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed.
  • Capture insights and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Organise and coordinate installer training sessions.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and resources.
  • Arrange product samples and supporting materials for partners and installers.
  • Coordinate requests with internal teams and external suppliers, including design support.
  • Work closely with wider business units to support strategic client initiatives.
  • Liaise with international manufacturing partners to support operational activity.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade events, and partner initiatives.
  • Ensure logistics, materials, and communications are delivered to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Curious and motivated to learn new technology products and systems.
  • Comfortable working across teams and with international partners.
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership.
  • Background in operations, customer support, or account coordination.
  • Experience working with technical products or within a manufacturing/technology environment.
