Summary

We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work with one of our clients. Please see below for additional information. Due to the location, own transport in necessary.

Office Administration

Location: Annan

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week)

Pay: £13.21 per hour

What you will be doing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking phone calls
  • Managing emails
  • Organising spread sheets in excel
  • Processing data to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems

What we are looking for

You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to write clear and professional emails
  • Good general computer literacy
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Due to the location a driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
