What you'll do:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day housekeeping operations, ensuring services are delivered to the agreed standards and within budget.
  • Provide clear direction and expertise to the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are allocated, completed, and closed out effectively via the Helpdesk system.
  • Work proactively with the Facilities Management team to anticipate customer needs and promote a strong “can‑do” culture.
  • Build strong local customer relationships, managing feedback, compliments, and complaints (VOC/VOP), and driving customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all Nestlé and Sodexo performance indicators, statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
  • Carry out daily team huddles, ensure accurate reporting, support transformational activities, and contribute to site strategic objectives.
  • Lead in‑house training and support staff development in line with the Training and Development Plan.

What you'll bring:

  • At least two years’ experience in a customer‑facing role, with proven supervisory or team‑leader capability
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence delivering messages clearly, professionally, and at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective, positive working relationships.
  • A natural problem‑solver with intuitive judgement, proactive thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and leading meetings or daily briefings.
  • A team player with a flexible approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer care.
