Role:
I am supporting a good client of mine with regards to a permanent plumber position, this is an opportunity to get on board with an increasingly busy client.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience completing domestic plumbing installation and maintenance.
A van and fuel card with be part of the package however the ideal candidate will be happy to travel across the Inverness, Elgin & Keith regions.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Domestic Plumber to complete plumbing inspections and diagsmotics in vacant proporties.
- Identify and rectify faults or issues.
- Repair or replace defective plumbing systems, including pipes, taps, toilets, sinks, radiators, and water heaters.
- Ensure all plumbing systems comply with relevant safety regulations and local building codes
- Routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Complete work within agreed budgets, minimizing costs wherever possible without compromising on quality or safety.
- Liasise with the Maintenance supervisor and ensuring accurate work and progress reports are carried out
Qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ/SVQ or Level 3 NVQ Diploma
- Gas Safe registered (Ideally)
- Driving license
