HR ADMINISTRATOR
Band 3, Point 6-11, £25,989.00 - £28,141.00
Start Date: As soon as possible
36.25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, All Year Round

We are looking for an organized, proactive and professional HR Administrator to support the delivery of an effective and compliant HR service across the Trust. This role plays a vital part in supporting staff and ensuring HR processes meet the needs of the Trust and Schools. This is a varied role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career in Human Resources.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and play a key role in ensuring accurate employee records, smooth HR processes and positive employee experience.

The successful applicant will:
Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, with excellent attention to detail
Be confident in using MIS and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrate a professional, discreet and approachable manner at all times
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
Have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in an education or public sector environment
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
