We are looking for a Senior ICT Technical Specialist to play a key role in managing and supporting our core infrastructure services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical professional to work on complex systems and high-impact projects that keep our organisation running smoothly and securely.
The Role
As a Senior ICT Technical Specialist on our Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of critical ICT infrastructure services, including:
- Databases
- Server operating systems
- Storage platforms
- Microsoft 365 platforms
- Server-based applications
- Network components
- Back-ups
You will ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability across all systems while providing expert guidance to users, colleagues, and stakeholders. Acting as a technical authority, project lead, and escalation point, you will drive service improvement, support strategic development, and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.

- Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale ICT solutions.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in complex ICT environments.
- Ability to lead projects and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
