Summary
Key Responsibilities Patient Navigation:Greeting patients and managing reception. Administrative Support:Processing online requests (Total Triage), managing appointment systems, inputting data into patient records and handling patient queries. Communication:Acting as the first point of contact for patients, dealing with queries, and facilitating communication between patients and clinical staff. Support Services:Assisting with medical administration Clinical Support: Working closely with and supporting the clinical team.
