Manning the main reception area, directing service users and visitors as well as providing information and advice. Provide administrative support to all clinical staff. Maintain stock levels - both clinical and non clinical Undertake logging and monitoring of maintenance issues Process incoming and outgoing e-mails and other communications To undertake photocopying and distribution of documents, processing ofcorrespondence and general clerical duties as required Providing support and cross cover to the senior administrative team during periods of leave.
