Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a professional environment (internship, entry-level operations role, or similar)
- Experience in sales and maintaining business relations would be advantageous
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand and work with data to support operational decision-making
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel regularly across the West Midlands region
Responsibilities:
- As a Junior Operations Parking Associate, you will:
- Conduct on-street assessments to identify high-potential parking locations
- Analyse footfall, demand, transport links, visibility, accessibility, and rider behaviour
- Develop clear and visually compelling parking proposals for councils and partners
- Support engagement with landowners, businesses, universities, and developers
- Assist with securing approvals and onboarding new parking locations
- Review and improve on-street infrastructure, branding, and asset placement
- Monitor live parking performance, compliance, and operational challenges
- Use data, rider feedback, and field insights to continuously improve the parking network
