About the role of Technical Manager:
Long term freelance opportunity for a Technical Manager in Suffolk paying a competitive day rate. This opportunity involves working on a large residential with an established main contractor.
I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Technical Manager to join their team. Our client takes prides in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Technical Manager to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main Contractor.
The ideal candidate for Senior Design Manager:
- Main contractor experience
- BSR experience
- M&E experience
