Summary

Secondary School Supply Teacher – Day-to-day supply across Wallingford and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for Secondary School Supply Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups, delivering engaging lessons and helping students thrive in inclusive and well-managed classrooms.Duties as Secondary School Supply Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects and year groups
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of different learners
• Support students’ academic and emotional development
• Collaborate with support staff and senior leaders to ensure effective provision
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide feedback and contribute to pupil progress reviews
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Ideal Secondary School Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in secondary settings across different subjects
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and exam board requirements
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Secondary School Teacher
• Flexible, reliable, and confident working across different schools
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
