Summary
We are looking for a motivated, organised and compassionate Receptionist to join our busy Early Pregnancy Unit and Urgent Gynaecology Care Centre. This is an important front-facing role supporting patients at what can often be an anxious and sensitive time, so excellent communication skills and a caring approach are essential.
As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of reception services while delivering a high standard of patient care.
Visa Sponsorship:
This position isnot eligiblefor Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold theright to work in the UKfor the full duration of the contract.
• To provide support to nursing and medical staff in the undertaking of a clerical role.
• To provide a range of non-nursing duties, ensuring an efficient and effective service to the unit at all times.
• To work a unit shift pattern which includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
• May need to work in other departments on occasions.
