Summary
Location: Thames Valley - remote working available, with occasional travel to the Gerrards Cross office required.
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Technical Administrator, you'll provide essential support to our Thames Water Framework, gaining valuable exposure across multiple areas of Kier and creating pathways for your future career growth.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Thames team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative services. Your day to day will include:
-Managing trackers, logistical procurement, and order processing through Oracle/Causeway systems
-Coordinating material deliveries and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely project support
-Supporting staff onboarding, training requests and maintaining team training matrices
-Providing administrative assistance with payroll information, time reporting and invoice processing
-Offering on-site administrative support when needed, ensuring smooth operations across projects
What are we looking for?
This role of Technical Admin is great for you if:
-You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with a keen attention to detail
-You enjoy building relationships and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders
-You're organised and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
-You have previous administrative experience and thrive in a collaborative team setting
-You hold a UK driving licence for occasional site visits
