The Role – Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across STEM subjects, with a particular focus on Maths, Science, and related disciplines. You will work closely with subject teachers to deliver targeted academic support through in-class assistance, small-group interventions, and 1:1 mentoring.

Your role will involve helping pupils grasp key concepts, reinforcing learning, and supporting practical lessons where appropriate. You will also help raise engagement and confidence in STEM subjects, particularly for pupils who require additional support to achieve their potential.
