About the Role
This is a graduate trainee role with a clear, structured path to becoming a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant.
You’ll be trained from day one by experienced consultants and managers, learning how to:
• Source the best candidates
• build relationships,
• and help to make placements in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Recruitment is a people-driven role. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, speaking with candidates — so confidence and communication are essential.

A degree in any discipline is welcome
Sales or recruitment experience is a bonus — but not required
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
• Learning the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
• Speaking to candidates daily via phone and video
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Working towards clear performance targets
• Developing commercial awareness and negotiation skills
