Working Pattern: Full-time

The ideal candidate is calm, empathetic, and confident in supporting students with a wide range of behavioural, social, and emotional needs. You will work closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and families to implement strategies that encourage positive behaviour and engagement. Training or experience in Trauma-Informed Practice is desirable and will help you support students effectively.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students with behavioural or pastoral needs

Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and engagement

Implement restorative approaches and positive behaviour strategies

Work with families and external agencies to support student wellbeing

Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour trends

Contribute to whole-school pastoral and inclusion initiatives
