Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a residential care worker on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave for up to 11 months.
The main duties of this role are to provide care and support to meet individuals physical, emotional and social needs based on their individual support plan to keep them safe and well.
You must have direct experience of caring for adults either in a paid or voluntary setting.
It is essential you have good communication skills and have the ability to listen empathically and act on individual needs and preferences to be able to provide best support.
You will ensure that person’s values, rights choices and dignity are met at all times.
You will need to hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeships or equivalent or the ability and willingness to work towards achieving the qualifications.

This is a post that requires you to work shifts on a rota basis including bank holiday and weekends. We are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
