Summary
Provide consultant level rheumatology outpatient assessments for new adult patients. Manage a caseload of 16 patients per clinic/list. Deliver safe, evidence based clinical decision making in line with Trust and national guidelines. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and effective patient pathways. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to governance processes as required.
