During this programme, we'll help you develop your practical and behavioural skills and support you in gaining the technical and professional knowledge required for you to take the next step and succeed in your career.
What you'll be doing;
- Take initiative to research options and identify potential solutions from within the industry as well as from other sectors around the world
- Support the business to meet contractual and regulatory requirements
- Develop project deliverables and progress projects through the full life cycle: feasibility, development, implementation and handover
- Work directly with engineers and operators on the plant
- Support operational and maintenance activities
- Where necessary, develop project deliverables and progress projects through to handover
- Stakeholder management and management of contractors
- Where required, manage projects through the full life cycle of feasibility, development, implementation and handover. This will involve scoping, design, management of the supply chain and handover to the user
- You will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of Veolia Energy offerings with the potential opportunity for front-line management experience
What we're looking for;
- This would be an ideal opportunity for a current student or someone who is looking for a placement in an Energy / Engineering
- Degree qualification or currently studying towards a degree qualification
- Good understanding of Google Suite and basic Excel skills, including data formatting and simple formulas
- Good communication skills, an analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop professional skills
