Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Tewkesbury. Our client is a well-established supplier of dairy products across the UK, offering a clean and organised working environment and long-term career opportunities.
Your role as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver
- Safely unload trailers using a counterbalance forklift truck
* Move stock between warehouse and yard areas
* Load goods onto HGVs and vans for delivery
* Maintain accurate stock movement and follow safety procedures
* Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
* Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
* Good awareness of warehouse safety and procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
Pay & Hours
- Hourly Rate: £13.17 per hour, rising to £13.53 after successful completion of training
* Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly
- Week 1: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 - 16:30
- Week 2: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 18:30
* Saturday Shift: 07:00 - 15:30/16:00
* Working Week: Minimum 37.5 hours, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis
