Summary

Role overview

You will be responsible for ensuring that all building services for our developments are carried out to a high standard and are
delivered time and accurately. You will act as the face of urbanbubble with residents, displaying professionalism and genuine care
for their property ensuring a first-class customer experience.

This is a permanent role, where you will be required to provide service across our residential sites in Manchester.

Full Drivers License is required & urbanbubble company Van will be given.

What will you do?

* Respond to any email or phone requests from owners, tenants and urbanbubble
* Be the point of contact for residents requiring electricity readings and fob/ entry passes
* Fire control system, alarms and smoke ventilation, lifts, car park, doors, Ventilation systems & Lighting ,windows,
* Access control systems, locks and security measures for building, car park and any other aspects of the property
* All property lighting and heating systems
* Lifts, car park, doors, windows, bin stores
* Ventilation systems & Lighting
* Pump equipment and risers and water systems
* Management of the bin store and refuse process
* Litter picking of external areas and grounds.
* To ensure stock, tools & materials are kept to an acceptable level & usable standard
* Inform company of any additional works needed at location
* Be able to make sure any works completed are compliant in line with HSE
* Complete all paperwork & procedures in set timelines




What are we looking for?

* Experience having responsibility for the service, cleaning and maintenance of a residential property, hotel, leisure complex or
place of work
* Knowledge of all systems, facilities and equipment onsite and a basic understanding of how to test and maintain them.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety
* Communication Skills.
* Listening.
* Problem Solving.
* Prioritising and time management
