Summary
Job Summary:
Can you move like Jagger, sing like Adele, paint like Picasso and run like Bolt? No?! Nor can we, but we can move like monkeys, tigers and dinosaurs. Sing ‘the wheels on the bus’ with gusto and run like the wind when small people are chasing us with sticky fingers!!
We are looking for a multitasking superhero to join our fantastic team. The right candidate will have a passion to work with children, patience, be reliable and a team player. As part of our team, you will be involved with the day to day running of the Pre-School, including helping to co-ordinate the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating environment. You will work in partnership with the team to ensure high standards are maintained within the setting. With training and support you will help maintain children’s development files, alongside tracking their progress.
Essential Criteria:
• Ability to learn new skills
• Excellent communication skills
• We will require you to complete basic safeguarding and prevent training
• Ability to record keep
• Work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members
• Be patient, enthusiastic and physically fit for the role
Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience of working with young children
• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Additional training in Food Hygiene
• Additional training in Paediatric First Aid
