Summary
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with CitnChat’s brand standards and franchise growth plans
• Act as the central HR authority for head office and franchise locations
• Provide HR guidance and advisory support to franchisees on people management and compliance
• Ensure consistent HR practices across all franchise restaurants
• Workforce planning to meet operational demands across multiple locations
• Support franchisees in managing underperformance fairly and lawfully
• Maintain HR systems and employee records in line with GDPR
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and dismissal processes at franchisor level
• Advise franchisees on handling sensitive employee issues
• Reduce risk of employment tribunal claims through early intervention and compliance
• Support franchisees in meeting health & safety obligations
• Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and mental health support
• Ensure accident reporting and risk assessments are properly implemented
• Report HR risks and workforce metrics to senior management
• Contribute to strategic decisions affecting staffing and organisational growth
