Daily duties may include:
- Providing 1:1 mentoring and small group support
- Helping pupils with SEMH, anxiety, trauma or attachment needs
- Supporting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
- Acting as a consistent, trusted adult
- Helping pupils develop resilience, communication and independence
- Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and safeguarding teams
- Reinforcing expectations, routines and emotional strategies
- Encouraging positive choices and improved wellbeing
