Salary: £13.60 - £15.24 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Bolton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in day-to-day cleaning operations.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 3-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting the on-site cleaning team
- Hands-on cleaning duties to maintain high standards
- Creating and managing staff rotas
- Stock taking and ordering cleaning supplies
- Providing and arranging training for new hires
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
About You:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
- Hands-on, reliable, and well organised
- Confident managing rotas, stock and training
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS
