Summary
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of high‑performance materials used in cutting‑edge hydrogen and clean‑energy systems. This role involves supporting day‑to‑day production processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and a smooth workflow within a specialised manufacturing environment. This is an ongoing temporary role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Preparing, assembling, and processing materials used in electrochemical products.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet strict technical standards.
- Following detailed production instructions and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the workspace is kept clean, safe, and compliant with company procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Skills & Experience Desired
- Previous production or manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to consistent quality standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
Pay Rates:
£12.21 p/h (AM)
£12.21 p/h (PM)
Shift Schedule:
06:00 - 14:00 (AM shift)
14:00 - 22:00 (PM shift)
Monday-Friday
