The opportunity.



We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead and evolve the engine room of StreamAMG.




This is a senior leadership role with real ownership, shaping how our platform, services and teams operate as we continue to
scale. You’ll sit on the senior leadership team, working closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial leaders to ensure
operational excellence underpins everything we do.




This isn’t about keeping the lights on. It’s about building an operation that’s resilient, commercial, and ready for the future.




You’ll take a complex, high-pressure environment; live sport, global audiences, zero tolerance for failure; and turn it into a
competitive advantage.

* Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure operational needs shape platform decisions.
* Create a culture of continuous improvement — using data,insight and post-event learning to raise the bar.
* Lead confidently in high-pressure live environments, setting the tone for teams and clients alike.




Who you are




To be considered for this role, you’ll need to bring:




* Proven leadership experience in operations within OTT, live streaming, digital media, broadcast, or a similarly complex
technical environment
* A track record of owning end-to-end service delivery, including live events, platform operations and customer-facing support
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. platform ops, helpdesk, matchday/live operations, customer support or managed
services)
* Strong operational judgement and ability to balance service quality, risk,cost and commercial priorities
* Confidence operating in high-pressure, time-critical situations, with the credibility to lead teams and reassure clients in
real time
* Experience improving operational performance through process design, metrics, post-incident learning and continuous improvement
* The ability to partner effectively with Product and Engineering leaders, translating operational reality into platform and
roadmap decisions
