Summary
Community carer role provide care to the vulnerable group in their own homes.
This includes a range of different tasks that are tailored to the Service user.
Task include medication prompts, personal care, meal preparation, companionship etc.
Community Carers enable individuals to live at home independently for as long as possible and provide support and re-assurance in their daily lives.
