Summary
Wigan GP Alliance requires flexible local call handlers. The role is to cover the different streams of calls we receive and cover our increased demand. This will be within our Call Centre operating hours, which are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 & Saturdays & Sundays 8 am-4 pm. We offer shift patterns 8 am -2 pm and 2pm to 8pm & Saturday & Sunday 8 am -4 pm. Overtime is available. The role involves taking calls from residents of Wigan and Leigh, that wish to have a medical appointment. We provide patients with bookable appointments or signpost to other services if required.
