Summary
To provide high quality care and support to individuals living in the residential setting, promoting independence, well being, dignity and safety. You will support children with daily living activities, emotional needs, and personal development in line with care plans and safeguarding standards. Key responsibilities include:-
Support children with daily living activities such as personal care, dressing, bathing and meal preparation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
Accurately record daily notes,incidents, and observations.
Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed.
Work in line with safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.
Work as part of a team and attend handovers, meeting, and training.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous care/ support worker experience. (preferred but not always essential)
NVQ LVL 3, 4 OR 5 Residential child Care
Right to Work in UK
Enhanced DBS
Full driving license
