Summary
Leeds - Hays Recruitment
We are seeking someone who is sales-driven to join our Leeds office in our Construction & Property Recruitment team. Your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for Perm roles within this busy sector. The desks available in this market have derived their success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients.
Your new role
The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates for Perm roles
Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.
Contribute to the development and growth of the business
