The Role
You will be supporting pupils with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in an Alternative Provision setting. Many of the young people have experienced disrupted education, trauma, or a loss of trust in school. Your role will be to help rebuild that trust and reintroduce them to learning in a safe, consistent, and achievable way.
