  • Provide regular, detailed feedback on learner progress to support ongoing development

    Essential requirements:

    • Demonstrable experience teaching EAL/ESOL, ideally within alternative provision, SEND, or local authority settings

    • Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, particularly SEND and SEMH

    • Experience supporting learners with MLD, SLD, and PMLD is highly desirable

    • Experience using therapeutic or trauma-informed approaches to support vulnerable learners

      In return, you can expect:
      • A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7, supporting you through a smooth and efficient onboarding process

      • Access to an innovative and engaging curriculum

      • Purposeful CPD opportunities to support your professional development

All staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring correct Tax and National Insurance contributions, with no hidden admin fees.
