Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and forward-thinking Assistant Principal to join Loughborough College Group, an inclusive and high performing organisation where innovation and impact go hand in hand.
This influential senior leadership role combines strategic oversight of a diverse curriculum portfolio alongside a group responsibility which is currently leading the quality and growth of T Levels. The postholder will play a key role in shaping the future of technical and vocational education across the organisation and ensuring provision meets local, regional and national skills priorities.
The role includes strategic leadership of Caring Services, Hair and Beauty, Art and Design, Media and Games, Hospitality and Catering, and Travel and Tourism. You will lead the implementation of the College Group’s Strategy across these areas, ensuring that outstanding quality of teaching, learning and assessment is consistently delivered. You will be accountable for curriculum planning, development, delivery and performance, ensuring provision is responsive, ambitious and financially sustainable.
In this role you will have a strong focus on the effective use of data to analyse performance, predict trends and drive continuous quality improvement, while maintaining a clear overview of financial performance and resource planning.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with dynamic leadership skills and the ability to create and sustain a culture of high performance, achievement and continuous improvement. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically, lead change effectively and deliver positive outcomes for learners, staff and the wider College Group.
