Summary
We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader to join our amazing team as Nursery Manager at our largest setting, Woodbourne Road Nursery in Douglas on the Isle of Man.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a Curiosity Approach-accredited setting with a strong culture of child-led learning, emotional warmth, and high-quality care.
We are NOT subject to Ofsted.
About the Role
Our Woodbourne Road nursery supports up to 77 children per day and is home to a passionate, experienced team of 21 staff. You’ll be at the heart of the nursery’s leadership, supporting staff, working in partnership with families, and ensuring our values shine through in every moment.
What We’re Looking For
A Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
Proven nursery management or leadership experience
Strong organisational, communication and team leadership skills
A genuine passion for child-led, emotionally responsive practice
