The Role
A Good-rated secondary school in Dudley is seeking a confident and committed French & German Teacher to join their Modern Foreign Languages department from February 2026 on a long-term, part-time basis (3 days per week). The role involves teaching French and German across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and structured lessons that support language acquisition and GCSE outcomes.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing pupil progress, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This role would suit an experienced MFL teacher or an ECT with the ability to teach both languages.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Hold QTS (or be an ECT)
- Be able to teach French and German at secondary level
- Have experience teaching KS3 and KS4
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
- Be organised, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress
