Our Client, a well-established franchised car dealership in Crawley, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. Duties:

- Perform vehicle servicing and repair tasks efficiently in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and timeframes
- Conduct diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs on various vehicle systems
- Identify and advise on vehicle faults and future servicing requirements
- Recommend preventative maintenance to optimise vehicle performance and reduce customer costs
- Document all work carried out accurately and inform customers of necessary repairs or maintenance
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance

Requirements:

- Relevant Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- City & Guilds qualification or similar industry accreditation
- Minimum of 1 year experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Full UK driving licence
- Organised, methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and reliability
