Key duties:
- Diagnose vehicle faults and malfunctions accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all services and repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations
- Uphold dealer standards and promote customer satisfaction throughout all tasks
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
