• Proven experience in school business management
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities
• An understanding of education-sector regulations and compliance
• The ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring
• Managing procurement, contracts, and value-for-money initiatives
• Overseeing HR processes, payroll liaison and compliance
• Managing health & safety, premises and facilities
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the Headteacher and governors with financial reporting and any linked strategic decision-making
• Leading and developing administrative and lunchtime staff
