Recruit4staff are representing an established manufacturing business in their search for a Machine Operator to work in Deeside
Job Details:
• Pay: £12.89-£14.92
• Hours of Work: 24/5 shift rota pattern, 12 hours days and night, no weekends
• Duration: Temp To Perm (12 weeks expected)
Job Role: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for converting large printed rolls of materials into finished customer-specified formats using in-house finishing equipment. The role includes carrying out basic routine maintenance, conducting weekly safety and maintenance checks, and inspecting machinery and rewinds to ensure high quality, maximum output, and minimal waste. You will also be expected to maintain a tidy work area at all times.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
• Experience of operating machinery
• Knowledge of procedures for running machinery
• Previous experience within a busy manufacturing environment
