In this full-time, term-time role, you will be the bridge between a student's challenge and their breakthrough. Your day-to-day will involve:

Targeted Support: Leading small group interventions or providing 1:1 assistance to boost academic confidence.

Holistic Care: Prioritising student well-being and assisting with personal care needs where required.

Behaviour Leadership: Cultivating a safe, positive, and focused learning atmosphere.

Progress Tracking: Monitoring student development and sharing insights with teachers and parents to ensure a joined-up approach.

Experience: A background working with children (schools, nurseries, or community support).

Core Skills: GCSE Grade C (or 4/5) in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine love for helping children succeed.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one) and valid Right to Work in the UK.
