What Will You Be Doing?
As our new Engineering Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Engineering team, ensuring seamless project delivery through efficient coordination and administration. You’ll work across multiple teams, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support – Assist in producing presentations, reports, and issuing Land Entry Notices by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication – Support the team in preparing key public relations communications to ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied.
- Survey Coordination – Assist engineers in scoping survey requirements and liaise with the Survey Co-ordination Team to keep projects moving.
- Carbon Reduction – Record and analyse carbon usage, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and sustainability.
- Team Support – Provide administrative support to Technical Managers and Design Managers, including managing customer surveys and sharing team updates.
- Process Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency across projects.
- Collaboration – Work alongside other Team Coordinators to build a strong, knowledge-sharing community.

- Strong Organisational & Administrative Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building – Confident working across different teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in reports, data, and coordination tasks.
- Passion for Engineering & Project Delivery – A keen interest in learning about how projects are planned and executed.
- IT Proficiency – Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools to produce reports and analysis.
