Summary
At Park Plaza, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Head Chef at our Park Plaza County Hall Hotel. The hotel has 399 guest bedrooms, busy breakfast, restaurant and bar and M&E function rooms.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Head Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. This role will be supporting the Executive Chef in the overall kitchen operations for the hotel.

The ideal candidate for the Head Chef role will:
- Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
- Highly confident in kitchen operations, food safety standards, food costing and people management
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
- Have previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
