Summary
What We’re Looking For Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC-registered Physiotherapist Broad range and relevant post-registration experience, including inpatient physiotherapy within the NHS. Respiratory competent and on-call experience Experience or strong interest in elderly care and/or hospital avoidance services and Frailty. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload Ability to work within, lead and co-ordinate the team Flexible to change and adaptable to work in a fast paced environment Commitment to service development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice Ability to supervise both non qualified and qualified members of staff Ability to teach others and develop the service, complete audits and present the findings
