Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sexual Health Healthcare Assistant to join our team at the Oldham Integrated Care Sexual Health Service. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality sexual health services to our diverse patient population.Your responsibilities will include conducting non-invasive clinical tasks, such as taking patient histories, processing samples, and offering valuable information and advice on sexual health matters.You will also be instrumental in maintaining patient confidentiality, ensuring a safe and respectful environment, and helping patients access appropriate care and treatment. This is a 15-hour post based at Oldham Integrated Care Sexual Health Service. There may be a requirement to provide cover at other service sites. The role involves travelling to various locations across the service, therefore access to transport is essential. You will be expected to work flexibly to cover clinic opening hours, which may range between 8:00am and 7:00pm, with occasional shifts up to 8:00pm at spoke or peripheral clinics.
