Summary
Accounts Assistant
Job Title: Accounts Assistant (incorporating book keeping and payroll)
Hours: 21 hours per week. 3 days per week, or the equivalent of 21 hours throughout the week.
Location: Stevenage
Breaks: 15 minutes breaks and 1 x 30 min lunch to be taken during each working day (based on a full working day).
Salary: £30,485 per annum / £16.75 per hour (pro-rata)
Working at other sites may also be required from time to time (travel expenses will be reimbursed).

• Invoices
• Payments
• Bank reconciliation
• Cash Flow management
• Debtors & Creditors
• Vat returns
• Forecasts and analysis reporting
• Payroll
• Expenses
• Pensions
• Purchase orders
• Filing
• Data Entry
• Telephone queries
• Client queries
Candidate Profile
• Proficient in Excel, Sage Line 50
• Experience in logging invoices, payroll, expenses, bank reconciliation, and aged debtor/creditors, VAT returns
• Ability to work independently
• Good time / work management
• Desire to problem solve
