Summary

Floating Support Worker - Chippenham, Trowbridge & Surrounding Areas

£14.23 per hour | Full & Part-Time | Driver essential

Looking for a role with real variety and purpose?
Join Dimensions as a Floating Support Worker, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across Chippenham, Trowbridge and the surrounding areas. Every day is different—you'll work across multiple services, helping people live independently and confidently.

What you'll do

- Support people with daily living, personal care and community activities

- Build meaningful relationships and promote independence

- Work across different services depending on need

- Support individuals who may be non-verbal or use wheelchairs (full training provided)

What we're looking for

- A driver with access to a car & business insurance

- Able to travel within approx. an hour of home

- Flexible with varied shift patterns (early, late & occasional sleep-ins)

- Available to work alternate weekends

- Compassionate, adaptable and people-focused (no experience needed)
